What Do I Need To Bring?
The Spa will provide a towel and spa slippers for your convenience. Undress to your level of comfort. Our therapists perform professional draping techniques to ensure your comfort during spa services. We recommend leaving valuables in your guest room safe.
How Early Should I Arrive For My Appointment?
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow yourself time to check in and familiarize yourself with the spa.
Should I Alert Someone If I Have Any Physical Ailments Or Allergies?
Yes, please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, surgeries or allergies as some treatments may be inadvisable based on these conditions.
What Amenities Do You Provide To Guests?
The Spa provides herbal teas and dessert.
Age Requirement
Spa guests must be at least 16 years of age. Those aged 14 and 15 are eligible to receive spa treatments if accompanied, at all times, by their parent or legal guardian at least 25 years of ages.
Cellular Phone and Electronic Devices
To fully enjoy your experience, please turn off all cell phones and electrical devices upon entering the spa.

sayanarumdulspa@asia.com . To ensure your preferred treatment times, it is recommended to schedule appointments well in advance of your arrival date. Last receiving booking will be stopped at 9:30p.m.
Cancellations
To avoid late cancellations or no show fees, please cancel or reschedule two hours or more prior to your appointment time.
